I would like to claim Nicholas Hoult(Actor) as my soulmate.

( It's not Michael Jackson and this is not Thriller )
I think I'll try some different colours next. I'm getting way too fond of brown and asparagus green. Recommend me some new colour schemes? I know there are sites like colourlovers.com, but I'd like to hear your own ideas.
I'm also thinking about doing a collage or two. I've had this one idea for a week or so. But I'm a bit scared how they'll turn out!
You seemed like the group to ask.
When people write about their Moleskins. Is there a specific one each of you speaks of?
I wondered do you need to buy a Moleskin designed for specific tasks? Like say drawing? Watercolor? Acrylics?
I know that Moleskin has a design for people who write their own music on staffs and such. Is there a break down for various artistic mediums? For various types of writing instruments? Like fountain pens, rollerball, gel ink and the like?

Do Ya feel Safer with Obama instead of Bush as President yet ?
( “Planned and choreographed” incident similar to USAir Flight 300 )
Speaking to the conservative talker Rusty Humphries today, Sarah Palin left the door open to speculation about President Obama's birth certificate.
"Would you make the birth certificate an issue if you ran?" she was asked (around 9 minutes into the video above).
"I think the public rightfully is still making it an issue. I don't have a problem with that. I don't know if I would have to bother to make it an issue, because I think that members of the electorate still want answers," she replied.
"Do you think it's a fair question to be looking at?" Humphries persisted.
"I think it's a fair question, just like I think past association and past voting records -- all of that is fair game," Palin said. "The McCain-Palin campaign didn't do a good enough job in that area."
McCain's campaign counsel has said the campaign did look into the birth certificate question and, like every other serious examination, dismissed it.
Palin suggested that the questions were fair play because of "the weird conspiracy theory freaky thing that people talk about that Trig isn't my real son -- 'You need to produce his birth certificate, you need to prove that he's your kid,' which we have done."
"Maybe we can reverse that," she said, returning to Obama's birth certificate, describing the type of thinking involved with a word that isn't clear in the audio.

First time poster, please be gentle and blame
zestyzorra for making me post.
Cross posted.
My mom told me she heard an update on how my Aunt is (not really my Aunt, my mom's best friend but she's like family).
I guess she's got full blown Alzheimers now. She doesn't remember anyone.
I think about her almost every day. Family gatherings aren't the same without her.
We don't even really know where she's at to even go visit her. My Aunt is only in her early 50's. She spent her life pretty much taking care of her mother and keeping her mother out of a retirement home. Now she's in one and will spend the rest of her life there.
Just 2 funky pages. haha

I just got THIS beautiful handmade journal in the mail yesterday. I'm having so much trouble starting it! The first page is so intimidating.

Since we got the record player thing I've been playing some records.

Tonight we had Evan over here so we hung out in the computer/spare room and played music.
this pic is of the Alvin and the chipmunks albums. That last one's cover always scared the shit out me as a kid. It doesn't say it's the chipmunks but it is.
and here are my faves I think. Twas The Night Before Christmas and Frosty the Snowman

I am debating on putting these on cd even though there are some scratches on them. I need to find a good site for albums, and album care. I wonder if there is a secret to make scratches that aren't THAT bad more unnoticeable.
I have to say there are some scratches there are no helping though.
If anyone knows any cool stores that sell vinyl in the chicago area please let me know. Now that I have something to play them on I am on the lookout. I am seriously considering buying The Pirate Movie soundtrack that i've seen on ebay over the years.
I haven't been in Rolling Stones in a long time do they still sell any vinyl??
