ThinkFilm is part of Capitol Films, whose indie comedy "Nailed," starring Jessica Biel and Jake Gyllenhaal, was shut down Friday by the Screen Actors Guild due to a lack of funds on deposit to pay its actors. Though the film has since resumed shooting, the company's problems with SAG have sent ominous signals to the creative community."

"(The) Screen Actors Guild has now received adequate financial assurances that its members will be paid their wages for work on the production 'Nailed,' " SAG said Monday. "Our members are free to return to work on this production."

Rumors have emerged that Capitol's financial uncertainty may also delay or derail a pair of projects in pre-production: "Mary, Queen of Scots," starring Scarlett Johansson, and "Love and Other Impossible Pursuits," starring Jennifer Lopez, Jeffrey Dean Morgan and Lisa Kudrow."

I'd heard there were financing problems and delays with Jennifer Lopez's upcoming star turn in a film because of Capitol's money woes. But a source close to the project now tells me that Love And Other Impossible Pursuits, written and directed by Don Roos, is still supposed to commence principal photography beginning July 8th. "Supposedly, the cash is in the bank." Others contend it may be put on indefinite hold. 

Well, I was planning to send out more stuff, but I lost the job after 3 days, because i got sick from the grill cleaner stuff..violently sick... wich means i cant mail what i had planned to mail yet... But I will be mailing stuff soon. I just finished an interview today.. cross fingers!

What, so it was all in our imaginations?  I guess since there never was an official announcement from either of their "people," she can say that.  But you'd think she could at least say something polite about him.

Je recherche les correspondants qui parlent français et qui voudraient écrire en français! Je suis Anglaise mais je peux parler un peu du Français, et j'aimerais les penpals qui parlent également français parce que j'aime des lettres d'écriture et j'aime parler français ainsi ce serait amusement pour combiner les deux !
